When we are appointed we always work a shift on site to gain an understanding of the person and culture fit.
Client survey – After four weeks, each member of staff is called to complete a survey on the client. This valuable feedback is then discussed with the client and is a rich source of ideas and innovations.
We conduct quarterly meetings with the HR team.
Monthly Review Meetings
We hold monthly review meetings with the Operations team to gain feedback on the staff we’ve provided and our service and to discuss new innovative ideas.

Quarterly research conducted by an independent person on our service and the improvements we could make.

Looking after our workers
Prior to starting, all candidates are fully briefed at our offices on everything they need to know about the role. This makes them feel a valued part of the team. A bespoke induction is also completed, where required.
We meet all new starters on site for their first shift so we can introduce them to their Supervisor or Manager.
Feedback at the end of 1st day
We call all our people at the end of their first shift to obtain feedback from their first day.
Monthly Site Visits
We hold monthly site visits and worker surgeries to support our staff to obtain feedback and resolve issues early on.

We run a quarterly “Star Employee” programme to recognise great work.
