We exist to change the perception of using a recruitment agency. We want to make a difference to both clients and candidates and leave them thinking "I never knew recruitment could be so easy!"


Fully Briefed

Prior to starting, all candidates are fully briefed at our offices on everything they need to know about the role. This makes them feel a valued part of the team. A bespoke induction is also completed, where required.

New Starters

We meet all new starters on site for their first shift so we can introduce them to their Supervisor or Manager.
Feedback at the end of the first day
We call all our people at the end of their first shift to obtain feedback from their first day.

Monthly Site Visits

We hold monthly site visits and worker surgeries to support our staff to obtain feedback and resolve issues early on.

Star Employee Programme

We run a quarterly “Star Employee” programme to recognise great work.

Employee Assistance Programme

We provide an employee assistance programme for all our staff, which offers free expert consultation for any issues they may have out of work.

Feedback Call

We call all of our candidates for feedback at the end of their first shift to obtain feedback from their first day.
