Train Temporary Staff

Client Survey
After four weeks, each member of staff is called to complete a survey on the client. This valuable feedback is then discussed with the client and is a rich source of ideas and innovations.
Monthly Review Meetings
We hold monthly review meetings with the Operations team to gain feedback on the staff we’ve provided and our service and to discuss new innovative ideas.
Quarterly Research
Quarterly research is conducted by an independent person on our service and the improvements we could make.
